The League has implemented a system for submission of forms by e-mail over recent seasons and this has been extremely successful. All forms can be downloaded by following the links on the right.
In order that clubs keep their administration in order it may be helpful to note the following points -
- The Club Secretary is ultimately responsible for ensuring that forms are submitted when due
- All forms are in Microsoft Word and have been tested to be compatible with Word 2003 onwards
- Save a blank copy of the form as a template to use rather than download each time
- When you submit a form - keep a copy on file or disc. It may be needed later as evidence
- Make sure the form is sent to the right person - check your “junk” folder in case an
- e-mail has bounced back for some reason
- Add league officials e-mail addresses to you address book as “safe senders” - that should avoid messages being misrouted to your “junk” folder
- If you are able to, avoid using a Hotmail address for league business. Past experience has shown that e-mail from Hotmail addresses sometimes does not reach the intended recipient
- Keep any sent e-mails until the end of the season - these can help the League if there is a problem in identifying whether or not an e-mail has been sent
