Cup Glory for Euro Dagenham and Blackmore Lions (21/3/05)

Two more League Cup Finals were competed for last weekend, this time at Braintree Town F.C. on Sunday.

The Under 18s Final in the morning was between Grays Athletic and Blackmore Lions, with the latter coming out on top 4-3 after an exciting period of extra time to summon Grays to their second final defeat in as many weeks.

After lunch, the Air Ambulance had to land on the pitch to treat a suspected broken leg in the Under 16s Final but Euro Dagenham remained focussed and defeated Belmont Juniors 3-0.
